Garagedesign and SUBALTERNO 1 presented in June 2011 the exhibition
"Una, cento, mille produzioni" curated by Stefano Maffei. A selection of products from the catalog Garagedesign of 2011. Projects of Antonio Aricò, Fabio Bortolani, Controprogetto, Andrea Damiani, Dorothy Gray, Emanuele Magini, Andrea Magnani, Playdesign Studio and Jordan Wells were presented in the frame of the new space, SUBALTERNO 1 dedicated to contemporary Italian self-produced design. The collection of Garagedesign has been considered outside the logic of traditional mass production [...] with the flessibility and freedom typical of semi-artisanal and small production ..."
