The carpet makes it possible for plants to be in the center of the room – at the center of human considerations and thoughts. Plants shouldn’t be in the corner or hidden by a piece of furniture. The carpet is made of cotton which is stitched into a rug by a braiding machine. Antonio Aricò presented the Watering Kettle Cans and the Welcome Tree Carpet in Berlin at the DMY fair in June 2011. The Carpet is now shown and sold in a new concept store named Waldraud, in the urban, creative, multicultural District 5 of Zurich The store is well-known for its choice and perfect eye for brands that are slightly different and make people smile. They sell products which are creative, stylish and are produced in small series locally and sustainably.

Dimensions: W170cm • D110cm • H18cm
