Lidewij Edelkoort and Raffaele Carrieri, director of the Altai Gallery, curated an installation uniting avant-garde design and antique primitive carpets, tracing the return of nomadism in the third millennium and analysing their influence on contemporary lifestyle. Nomadism, as a new lifestyle, to allow improvisation in a time of need with small designs that accommodate to contemporary living, that adapt as we move from one place to another, as we use our space for one activity to another.
